Sadly I've towed my Z more miles than I've driven it.......but to the point. 1st next time I'd go for a full trailer definatly worth the extra $$$ and you get better securement for the Z.Getting your Z on the dolly, especially if its lowered is a bit tricky. The easiest way I've found is to back the dolly to the lowest point of the driveway and extend the ramps and drive it up from there. Otherwise you are more lickly (sp) to scratch your nose piece. Secondly I'd disconnect your drive line to decrease the amount of needless moving parts on your Z while being towed. 3rd- After ratching down the nylong strap (Or whatever material it is) I'd go a max of mabye 10 miles before I'd pull over and re-check the tighness of the strap. You'd be suprised how easy it is for them to work loose! (Little trick I learned from hauling machinery with inflatale tires if your interested; -1st place the equipment in its place and loosly secure it down. -2nd Deflate all the air out of the tires and fully secure it down. -3rd Re-inflate the tires to add a higher degree of securement.) Finally make sure to check the clearance of your exhaust with the vehicle in ride height, and if necessary remove your mufflers to increase the clearance height. Remember plan for the unexpected to include speed bumps and any possible debree in the road. Hope all this helps.
